Bhumika Realty Plans ₹2,000 Crore Revenue This Fiscal, Driven by NCR Projects

New Delhi, April 22, 2025: Real estate developer Bhumika Realty, part of the diversified conglomerate Bhumika Group, has set a gross revenue target of INR 2,000 crore for the current fiscal year, backed by a diversified development portfolio across prime and emerging markets in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The company’s revenue for the year will be supported by the launch of a large-scale mixed-use development in Faridabad, a newly signed 1 lakh square feet commercial project on MG Road, Gurugram, and two residential projects in Gurugram and Faridabad that are at advanced stages of closure. These projects are located in premium, high-demand micro-markets and are expected to significantly contribute to the company’s topline performance in FY25.
Commenting on the growth plans, Uddhav Poddar, CMD, Bhumika Group, said, “Bhumika Realty’s development strategy focuses on creating high-value assets across key NCR locations. Our INR 2,000 crore revenue target this year is anchored on strategic land acquisitions, strong execution capabilities, and tapping into the growing demand for mixed-use and premium residential spaces.”
In addition to strengthening its presence in Gurugram and Faridabad, the company plans to expand into emerging extended NCR markets such as Sonipat and Panipat. Bhumika Group is also preparing for its entry into the Delhi residential market.
Looking ahead, Bhumika Realty has set an ambitious revenue target for the upcoming fiscal year, supported by strategic project launches, broader market expansion, and faster execution cycles.
