Bhutani Group, Bayview Projects Sign  Concession Agreement for International Film City at Yamuna Expressway

Greater Noida, June 27, 2024: Bhutani Group and Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects have been formally awarded the construction and management contract for the International Film City in YEIDA. The formal concession agreement signing ceremony took place at the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) office, marking the commencement of this ambitious project.

The film city, projected to cover 1000 acres in Sector-21 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area, will initiate its first phase where 230 acres planned possession will be awarded. The concession agreement signing ceremony was attended by prominent figures including Dr. Arun Vir Singh (CEO of YEIDA), Shruti, ACEO, YEIDA, Shailendra Bhatia, Nodal Office, Film city Project, Ashish Bhutani, CEO, Bhutani Group, Rajiv Arora (Director) and film producer Mr. Boney Kapoor, representing Bayview Projects. 

Dr. Arun Vir Singh, CEO of YEIDA, stated, “This project is a source of immense pride not only for Uttar Pradesh but for the entire nation. It signifies a major leap forward in our efforts to promote the film industry in the state. We eagerly anticipate the accomplishment of this project.”

Following the formalities, Mr. Boney Kapoor, unveiled the details of the film city.  The details included comprehensive information about the planned facilities and infrastructure, showcasing the extensive planning and innovative approach being adopted for the film city.
