1 OAK launches second project in Lucknow

Boutique real estate firm 1 OAK, promoted by Singapore-based Greenfield Advisory, launched its second project, Natura, this month at Shaheed Path in Lucknow.

An exclusive 272-unit collection of 2.5/3.5 BHKs, it has been designed by architectural firm RKA. Within just two weeks of its launch, more than 80 units have been sold with one tower having been already booked out of the three towers, said a press release.

Natura, said the release, is the second township project of 1 OAK after Atmos in Gomti Nagar, where all units are fully sold out and which will be completed by 2023.

“Our focus has been on transforming the living experience in Tier-II and Tier-III cities where increasing disposable income and ease-of- living has opened up the luxury housing segment in a major way in recent times. Natura has everything that a family needs today during the pandemic or even the post-pandemic period,” said Sandeep Katiyar, CEO, 1 OAK.

Abdullah Mushtaq, COO, 1 OAK, said, “We have identified a glaring gap in the quality of offerings for people living in smaller cities and that’s why we came up with our maiden project Atmos in India and now Natura. The success of both the projects has made us believe that people in Tier-II and Tier-III cities are longing for quality living spaces.”
