100 Buyers Receive Registries at RG Luxury Homes at Greater Noida Authority Special Camp

Noida, June 27, 2025: The Greater Noida Authority organised a special camp on Wednesday in which around 100 buyers of the RG Luxury Homes project received their registries. The camp, organsied at the project site in Greater Noida West, was held following a court order asking authorities to organise similar camps in legacy projects to expedite possession of flats.
After settling 25 per cent of the dues with the Authority, per the state government’s policy, the promoter, RG Group, was permitted to start registration.
Construction of RG Luxury Homes, launched in 2010 and scheduled for delivery in 2016, was stopped due to a financial crisis.
Subsequently, the project was admitted to the National Company Law Tribunal in 2019. In February 2020, the court passed a reverse insolvency order allowing the promoter, RG Group, to complete the project under the supervision of the appointed insolvency resolution professional, Manoj Kulshreshtha.
“We have begun registration and aim to complete it before the festival season,” said Himanshu Garg, Director, RG group. The project received occupancy certificates for more than 1,400 units, he added.
