Cumulative sales in the top seven cities of India was recorded at over 64,000 units in H1 2018, up by 25% year-on-year from 2017.
General consensus amongst the buyers has been that the markets have bottomed out and capital values are now expected to move northward. These factors, in addition to timely completion, adherence to RERA & stable values have pushed many fence sitters and new home buyers to make the purchase decision.
