BPTP Launches GAIA Residences on Dwarka Expressway

Gurugram, July 1, 2025: BPTP launched GAIA Residences at Amstoria 102 on Dwarka Expressway marking a new era in sustainable vertical living and urban sophistication. The landmark development is the first residential project with a glass façade on the Dwarka Expressway. The project is being developed in three phases. BPTP seeks to earn INR 6,500 crore in revenue from an investment of INR 3,000 crore in the project.

Located within 12.05 acres of BPTP’s larger development, GAIA Residences forms the second phase, following the launch of Amstoria Verti-Greens.

Of these, sales for one tower are frozen and will commence post the shifting of an underground HT line—demonstrating the developer’s commitment to regulatory compliance and resident safety. The launch date of the project was June 27 with a launch unit price range onwards INR 3.85 crore.
