315Work Avenue Leases Out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center at International Tech Park Pune
Bengaluru, July 10, 2025: 315Work Avenue, one of India’s prominent coworking space providers, has leased out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center Pvt. Ltd. (MGSC) at International Tech Park Pune (ITPP), Kharadi. MGSC is the preferred internal solutions partner of METRO, an international wholesaler with its stores in several countries.
315Work Avenue now has six centres spread across 0.6 mn sq ft (MSF) in Pune with leading developers like Ascendas, Panchshil and Raheja totalling around 12,000 seats and aims to expand significantly soon in the region. Overall, 315Work Avenue manages 3 MSF of space totalling around 60,000 seats across 45 prime locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
ITPP, strategically located near the Pune Lohegaon International Airport, is a vibrant space and home to premier companies. This Grade A, 2.5 MSF tech Park, developed by Ascendas-Singbridge is a part of the well-established IT hub of Kharadi in the North Eastern corridor of the city. Per a report by JLL, flexible workspaces became a major force in India’s commercial real estate, capturing a record 20 per cent share of gross office leasing in 2024. The report also projected that the operational footprint across the top seven cities will exceed 100 MSF by 2026.
