Designed to cater to Global Capability Centers, large enterprises, MSMEs and late-stage startups, the new hubs span approximately 1,00,000 square feet, marking a significant milestone in their core markets. Both hubs are scheduled to be operational by the next quarter.

Till now, 91Springboard has added half a million square feet of space in CY2025 and plans to add another million by the end of this fiscal, accelerating its pan-India growth. This year, the flexible workspace provider has launched ten new hubs and has also forayed into a new city with the opening of its first hub at Etica Malar, Chennai. Our new hub launches include Corporate Avenue and Kalina in Mumbai, Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket – Delhi, Magnum Global Park, and Building 6 DLF Cyber City in Gurugram among others.

Strategic Expansion

Strategically positioned at Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall, Andheri East (Mumbai) spanning ~40,000 square feet and DLF World Trade Park (Gurugram) covers ~60,000 square feet, these world-class hubs represent the gold standard in flexible workspace solutions. Both centers will seamlessly integrate premium managed suites and enterprise-grade facilities in Grade A buildings with prime connectivity, placing businesses at the heart of thriving commercial districts and innovation clusters.

Each hub is crafted for agility and impact, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, 24×7 security, valet parking, energy-efficient design, eco-friendly initiatives, and thoughtfully designed zones for collaboration and focus. Easy access to major highways and airports, public transit, proximity to retail, dining, and hospitality options that support the holistic needs of fast-scaling teams.

Both new hubs are strategically located near key commercial business districts, making them prime choices for businesses seeking growth and expansion. DLF World Tech Park, situated along the NH-48 corridor in Sector 30, Gurugram, is a Grade A business campus surrounded by leading technology and enterprise companies. The hub is approximately 15 km from Delhi International Airport and 2.5 km from HUDA City Centre Metro, with gyms, eateries, multiplexes, 5-star hotels, malls, and hospitals within a 0.5–2 km radius making it one of Gurugram’s most vibrant and well-connected business destinations.

Located in Mumbai, the hub at Hiranandani LightHall, Andheri East, is a Grade A landmark catering to businesses that value excellence, seamless connectivity, and premium workplace experience. Strategically located within Hiranandani Business Park, the building is in close proximity to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai International Airport is just a short drive away. Situated near Powai, a major business district and home to several corporate headquarters, the hub benefits from a thriving commercial ecosystem. The location ensures excellent public transit connectivity too, with Sakinaka Metro Station 1.3 km away and Bus Stop within walking distance and Andheri and Ghatkopar railway stations ~5km away. The building adheres to “green building” norms, featuring energy-efficient lighting, waste segregation, and eco-friendly design initiatives.

Commenting on the expansion, Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard, said, “As organisations across India embrace hybrid and agile work models, we are proud to be supporting the evolving ambitions of the nation. These new hubs reflect our core belief that productive workspaces should fuel innovation, enable collaboration, and foster a strong sense of community. We are committed to setting new benchmarks in workplace experience, adaptability, and customer-centric excellence.”
