Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate Enters Plotted Development with 105-Acre Project in Pune Growth Corridor

Pune, December 22, 2025: Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has announced its foray into plotted development with the launch of Treetopia, a premium 105-acre plotted project in the Pune Growth Corridor, with an estimated revenue potential of INR 600 crore.

Located close to the upcoming Purandar International Airport, the proposed IT Park and the proposed Inner and Outer Ring Roads, the project marks a strategic expansion of SPRE’s residential portfolio amid rising demand for plotted development.
