Houssed.Com Expands to 33 Cities, Facilitates ₹100 Crore in Property Transactions
Mumbai, January 22, 2026: Proptech platform Houssed.com has expanded its operations to 33 cities across India, marking a major milestone in its national growth plan. The platform now features over 50,000 verified property listings and has facilitated property transactions worth INR 100 crores reflecting its growing traction among homebuyers and developers.
The company said this expansion reflects rising demand for verified and transparent real-estate platforms in India’s $500-billion property market. Houssed.com currently works with more than 10,000 developers and connects customers through a trained network of 500 associates.
“Our goal is simple: organise India’s real estate market around the customer,” said Utsav Ladiwala, Founder and CEO of Houssed.com. “By verifying every listing, training our associates, and providing integrated services, we make the home-buying journey safe, simple, and delightful. Expanding to 33 cities with 50,000 verified listings proves that the market is ready for a trusted national brand.”
The company’s model combines technology-led discovery, listing verification, and professional accountability. Each property undergoes a multi-layer verification process before going live. Buyers can take immersive video tours, compare projects in real time, and connect with Associates for local insights. The platform operates as a brokerage-free platform for buyers and supports price negotiations, loan facilitation, legal due diligence, vastu consultation, and interior design assistance.
As part of its next growth phase, Houssed will extend its footprint to 10 additional cities and deploy artificial-intelligence-led verification and discovery engines to raise transparency and trust across India’s housing ecosystem.
“Scale without compromise is our north star,” said Yogesh Garg, Co-founder of Houssed.com. “We’re not just aggregating listings — we’re building an ecosystem where every property and every professional is accountable to the customer. That’s how real trust is created.”
Houssed has reported strong traction in Pune, Thane, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad, along with rising participation from Tier-II cities such as Indore, Lucknow, and Coimbatore. More than 25 per cent of new listings now come from emerging clusters outside the top eight metros, underscoring demand for verified, digital-first real-estate discovery.
