Emaar India Lays Foundation for ELITE OASIS in Lucknow

Lucknow, March 13, 2026:

Emaar India, the local arm of the global real estate giant EMAAR, officially commenced construction on its debut premium high-rise residential project in Lucknow, “Elite Oasis,” with a foundation-laying ceremony held at Gomti Nagar Extension. The event, attended by senior leadership, project partners, and key stakeholders, began with traditional rituals to mark the start of the development, which is set to become a defining feature of the city’s evolving skyline, the company said in a press statement. 

The project is spread across approximately 2.923 acres and is slated to feature one of Lucknow’s tallest residential structures, rising to a height of Ground + 35 floors. Comprising 194 units, Elite Oasis will offer luxury 3BHK + U and 4BHK + U residences. Developers have confirmed that the project is being launched in a single phase, with an estimated completion date set for 2029.

Strategically positioned near Amar Shaheed Path, the development boasts significant connectivity. It is located 17.7 km from the airport and roughly 10 km from the Gomti Nagar Railway Station. Residents will have immediate access to major landmarks including Medanta and Max Super Specialty Hospitals, prestigious educational institutions like Loreto Convent and La Martiniere College, and major lifestyle hubs such as Ekana Stadium and Palassio Mall.
