CRC Group Partners with CBRE for Facility Management at Noida Flagship Development
Noida, March 24, 2026:
Real estate developer CRC Group has appointed global property consultant CBRE to oversee integrated facility operations at its major mixed-use project, “CRC The Flagship.” Located in Sector 140A along the Noida Expressway, the office-led development is entering its final stages of construction as it nears a scheduled delivery in the third quarter of 2026, the company said in a press release.
Spanning roughly 2.4 million square feet, the campus-style IT/ITES project is anchored by Grade A+ office spaces complemented by retail, dining, and hospitality segments. The master plan, designed by UK-based firm Benoy in collaboration with RSP and Vastunidhi Architects, prioritizes efficient layouts and operational resilience. To maintain these standards, CBRE’s mandate includes end-to-end management of operations, maintenance, and sustainability frameworks across the towers and public spaces.
The infrastructure is built for high-intensity corporate demand, featuring 10 high-speed elevators per tower and destination-controlled transit systems to streamline peak-hour traffic. The site also incorporates segregated vehicular routes for its various zones and multi-height lobbies to ensure an institutional arrival experience. Additionally, the project holds an IGBC Platinum pre-certification, utilizing climate-responsive architecture, high-performance glazing, and EV-ready parking to optimize environmental quality.

Positioned as a future-ready destination within the National Capital Region (NCR), the development also includes developer-led enhancements to the adjoining green belt. By integrating advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) and air-quality monitoring, CRC Group aims to meet the rising demand for high-spec, sustainable enterprise environments along the Noida Expressway corridor.
