Mohali, April 11, 2026: ITC Hotels has launched its signature culinary brand, Kebabs & Kurries, at Welcomhotel Mohali. This opening marks the 11th outpost for the renowned brand, which first gained acclaim at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, before expanding to key cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, and Jaipur, the company said in a press release.

The new establishment is positioned as a rooftop destination, blending traditional Indian aesthetics with modern sophistication. Designed to accommodate 125 guests across its indoor and outdoor sections, the restaurant features an open show kitchen, allowing diners to observe the meticulous preparation of heritage dishes. The interiors utilize handcrafted details to create a regal yet inviting atmosphere, aiming to provide a refined setting for both local residents and travelers.

The menu at Welcomhotel Mohali is a curated collection of India’s finest heritage cuisine, developed over decades by ITC Hotels’ master chefs. Guests can expect a repertoire of slow-cooked curries and char-grilled delicacies, including signature items such as Barrah Kebab, Murgh Angaar, Sikandari Raan, and the world-famous Dal Bukhara. The selection also features the Dum Pukht Biryani, emphasizing the traditional “dum” style of cooking to ensure deep infusion of aromatic spices.

The launch is a strategic move to cater to the specific culinary preferences of the Tricity region.
