Brigade Hotel Ventures and Marriott Unveil Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark Following Strategic Rebrand

Kochi, May 9, 2026: Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) and Marriott International have announced the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark. The 218-room property, located in the Kakkanad IT corridor, is an upgraded and rebranded version of the hotel formerly known as Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. This strategic move by BHVL aims to strengthen its hospitality footprint in one of the city’s most significant business districts, catering to corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and modern leisure travelers, Brigade Hotel Ventures said in a press release.
Situated adjoining Infopark Kochi and SmartCity, the hotel is approximately 45 minutes from Cochin International Airport. The redesigned property offers a range of rooms and suites equipped with flexible workspaces, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs. Beyond its accommodation, the hotel serves as a comprehensive hub for business events, featuring over 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space across four distinct venues. Guests have access to four dining outlets—Clove, All Spice, Caper, and a lobby-level Deli—alongside recreational amenities including a rooftop infinity pool, a 24/7 fitness center, and a spa.

The rebranding reflects a broader strategy to align hospitality assets with the shifting demands of the modern traveler. Nirupa Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, emphasized the importance of this transition, stating: “The transition of our hotel to Courtyard by Marriott reflects our focus on upgrading assets in strong business locations with brands that align with evolving guest expectations. This strengthens our portfolio in Kochi and reinforces our long-term commitment to high-quality hospitality assets.”

Marriott International also highlighted the strategic value of the Kakkanad location as a growing commercial center. Kiran Andicot, Senior Vice President, South Asia, Marriott International, remarked: “The opening of Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark reflects our focused approach to expanding in high-growth business corridors across India. As the Infopark area continues to grow as a significant commercial hub, we see strong potential to serve travellers seeking a stay experience that is both efficient and comfortable. Courtyard by Marriott is purpose-built for this environment, with well-designed stays that prioritize comfort, connectivity and efficiency.”
In addition to its business-centric features, the hotel offers guests access to nearby cultural attractions such as Fort Kochi, the Dutch Palace, and Thrikkakara Temple. The property will also participate in the Marriott Bonvoy travel program, allowing members to earn and redeem points while utilizing the Marriott Bonvoy app for a personalized and contactless travel experience.
