NBCC Hits Historic Milestone as Standalone Total Income Crosses Rs 10,000 Crore in FY26

New Delhi, May 26, 2026: NBCC (India) Limited delivered its highest-ever financial performance for the fiscal year 2025-26, with its standalone total income crossing the Rs 10,000 crore threshold for the first time. The state-backed construction major reported a standalone total income of Rs 10,055.45 crore, marking a 12.43% year-on-year increase. Profit after tax (PAT) on a standalone basis surged by 47.72% to Rs 703.29 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) rose 45% to Rs 913.13 crore. On a consolidated level, annual income climbed 7.52% to Rs 13,195.89 crore, yielding a consolidated PAT of Rs 742.45 crore. Backed by these record earnings, the company announced a dividend of Rs 270 crore for the fiscal year, NBCC said in a press release.

The company’s momentum was heavily anchored by an explosive fourth quarter. In Q4FY26, NBCC’s standalone income grew 21.61% to Rs 3,965.05 crore, while quarterly standalone PAT jumped 60.41% to Rs 220.06 crore. On a consolidated basis for the same quarter, even as total income marginally adjusted to Rs 4,618.60 crore from Rs 4,700.86 crore in Q4FY25, net profitability remained highly resilient; consolidated PBT rose 37.44% to Rs 342.29 crore and consolidated PAT increased 38.78% to Rs 253.51 crore compared to the previous fiscal’s final quarter.

Operationally, NBCC secured fresh business worth Rs 18,780 crore on a consolidated basis and Rs 15,390 crore on a standalone basis during the year. This aggressive acquisition pushed the company’s robust order book to Rs 1,13,004 crore standalone and Rs 1,27,820 crore consolidated as of March 31, 2026. Project execution also saw significant mobilization, with the company awarding construction works valued at Rs 9,768 crore and Rs 11,546 crore on standalone and consolidated baselines, respectively.

Looking forward, the company has entered FY 2026–27 backed by several landmark developments, including the Supreme Court-backed Supertech project resolution, progress on the Gurugram 37-D Green View Project, and the resolution of the Ghitorni land dispute in Delhi. Massive redevelopment works are also on a fast track, including the 7 GPRA Colonies, Phase-II Amrapali Projects, and overseas expansions via strategic MoUs in Dubai, UAE, and Seychelles. 

Highlighting this upward trajectory, the company noted: “With excellent results in FY 2025-26, strong order book, robust execution pipeline, strategic monetisation initiatives, and expanding international presence, NBCC is well positioned for sustained growth in the coming years,”
