Bengaluru, June 4, 2026: Zyoin Group has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) to support the growth and expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across the state. The strategic collaboration is aimed at strengthening Karnataka’s position as a preferred destination for global enterprises by aligning talent strategy with robust ecosystem and policy support, the company said  in a press release.

Under the terms of the partnership, Zyoin Group will leverage its specialized expertise in GCC advisory, talent intelligence, and employer branding. Meanwhile, KDEM will facilitate ecosystem-level engagement, industry collaboration, and strategic initiatives designed to attract global enterprises. Together, the two organizations will assist companies across various stages of their GCC lifecycle, including initial market entry, operational setup, and scaling up.

Over the last few years, Karnataka has rapidly evolved as the top choice for multinational organizations looking to establish or expand their GCC footprint in India. The move comes at a time when the country continues to experience strong momentum in GCC expansion, with Karnataka remaining a key hub driven by its deep talent pool, mature technology ecosystem, and supportive regulatory environment. By combining strategic talent capabilities with institutional policy benefits, the partnership seeks to attract high-value global investments into the region.
