New Delhi, June 4, 2026: Migsun Group has announced an investment of approximately ₹250 crore toward the development of New Delhi’s first luxury serviced apartment project. Strategically situated in Rohini, the landmark development is designed to blend premium residential comfort with the flexibility of hospitality-led services. The completed project is slated to comprise nearly 500 fully managed, premium serviced apartments aimed at capturing a growing demand from corporate professionals, business travelers, expatriates, non-resident Indians (NRIs), medical tourists, and affluent urban residents, Migsun Group said in a press release.

Situated in Rohini, the project is expected to offer seamless access to major commercial hubs, business districts, and essential social infrastructure.
