Mumbai, June 29, 2026: Mumbai-based luxury residential developer Viceroy Properties has announced its next phase of growth following strong market demand for its landmark Versova development, Viceroy VISAVA. The company plans to accelerate its expansion into both luxury residential and commercial real estate segments while simultaneously strengthening its senior leadership team, Viceroy Properties said in a press release.
Since launching in March this year, Viceroy VISAVA has recorded bookings valued at over ₹300 crore. Company officials stated that the project’s core philosophy—focusing on stillness, intention, and design integrity—has strongly resonated with buyers in the coastal neighborhood. The developer noted that this response validates its belief that Mumbai’s premium buyer segment remains underserved by traditional luxury offerings. Viceroy Properties is now preparing to expand its pipeline across strategic micro-markets and scale its commercial engine.
