Onward Workspaces Expands Delhi Footprint With Three New Centres, Adding 70,000 Sq Ft

New Delhi, July 7, 2026: Onward Workspaces, a coworking and managed office solutions provider, announced its expansion in Delhi with the opening of three new centres in Okhla Phase 3, Janakpuri and Connaught Place. Spanning approximately 70,000 sq. ft. and adding over 1,150 workstations, this marks the company’s largest single-city expansion to date. The investment reflects Onward Workspaces’ continued growth and long-term commitment to the Delhi-NCR market. With a portfolio of over 250 clients across sectors, including logistics, fintech, technology, manufacturing, consumer brands, publishing, AI and media & entertainment, the company is now deepening its presence across key commercial districts as part of its long-term growth strategy.Once operational, Onward Workspaces will establish a presence across South Delhi (Okhla), West Delhi (Janakpuri), and Central Delhi (Connaught Place), creating one of the most well-distributed managed workspace networks in the capital. The expansion includes a 300-seat centre in Okhla Phase 3, a 600-seat facility spread across four floors in Janakpuri, and a 250-seat centre at ECE House on KG Marg, Connaught Place.
