Hitachi Unveils BuilMirai Experience Center in Noida to Advance Smart Building Solutions
New Delhi, July 22, 2026: Hitachi, Ltd., alongside Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd. and GlobalLogic Inc., announced the launch of the BuilMirai Experience Center at GlobalLogic’s India headquarters in Noida. The facility will serve as an innovation and customer engagement hub for “BuilMirai,” a digital service centered on the next-generation “HMAX for Buildings” solution portfolio. Combining digitalized asset data, domain knowledge, and AI technologies, the center will demonstrate how unified building management platforms can improve energy efficiency, sustainability, operational visibility, occupant wellbeing, and infrastructure performance, Hitachi said in a press release.
The hub is designed to support the continuous evolution of BuilMirai through collaboration among engineering teams, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. GlobalLogic is overseeing the digital engineering for the service, while Hitachi Lift India provides local operational and service capabilities, including elevator systems. Hitachi plans to leverage insights gathered from the center to strengthen BuilMirai’s capabilities and accelerate its global deployment, positioning India as a strategic base to address growing market demand driven by rapid urbanization.
The inauguration ceremony was held on June 18 and attended by senior leadership, including Noriharu Amiya, CEO of Connective Industries Sector at Hitachi; Takeshi Yamamoto, Head of Building Systems Solutions & Services Business Management Division; Piyush Jha, Group Vice President and Head, APAC of GlobalLogic; Ankit Mittal, Associate Vice President of GlobalLogic; Masaya Sakakibara, Chairman of Hitachi Lift India; and Manish Sikka, Managing Director of Hitachi Lift India.
