ANHAD Group Appoints Industry Veteran Adil Altaf as CEO to Lead Real Estate Vertical
Gurugram, July 23, 2026: ANHAD Group has appointed real estate veteran Adil Altaf as Chief Executive Officer to head its real estate division. In his new role, Altaf will oversee overall strategy, operations, and the execution of upcoming developments as the company prepares for its expansion into Gurugram’s residential market, the company said in a press release.
With more than two decades of experience in the Indian real estate industry, Altaf brings institutional expertise from leadership roles at prominent developers including Emaar, Ireo, Raheja, and Whiteland. His background spans sales and operations across luxury, mid-range, and mixed-use residential and commercial developments within the National Capital Region (NCR), where he has built a strong track record of steering high-performing teams in competitive market environments.
The strategic leadership addition comes as ANHAD Developers readies its entry into Gurugram’s premium housing segment. Under his mandate, Altaf will lead product strategy, operational management, and project rollout to establish the developer’s footprint in the region.
