Nimbus Group Partners with Ileseum Clubs to Develop Lifestyle and Sports Ecosystem at Nimbus Arista
New Delhi, July 23, 2026: Reinforcing its commitment to delivering elevated residential experiences, Nimbus Projects Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Ileseum Sports & Clubs LLP to conceptualise, curate, manage, and operate a comprehensive clubhouse and lifestyle ecosystem at its premium residential development, Nimbus Arista. The collaboration is outlined through an executed term sheet between the two organisations and will culminate in a definitive Operations & Management Agreement, Nimbus Group said in a press release.
As part of the association, Ileseum Clubs will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy for the clubhouse, onboarding premium brands, managing sports and leisure facilities, and overseeing wellness and fitness offerings. The engagement also includes identifying leading sports academies, wellness partners, food and beverage brands, and lifestyle experiences designed to create a vibrant destination for residents.
The collaboration aims to transform the clubhouse into an experiential hub that goes beyond conventional residential amenities by introducing professionally managed sports, wellness, and community experiences aligned with evolving urban lifestyles. The proposed engagement carries an initial term of five years, subject to the execution of definitive agreements.
Beyond day-to-day operational management, Ileseum will provide strategic advisory services on brand partnerships, financial modelling, business planning, feasibility analysis, celebrity-led activations, and event programming to strengthen the project’s long-term commercial and lifestyle positioning.
