Gaurs Group Launches Luxury Housing Project on Yamuna Expressway, Eyes Rs 1,900 Crore Sales Realisation
Delhi NCR, August 4, 2026: Gaurs Group has announced the launch of Gaur Alaris, a luxury residential project located in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway. Spread across 11.8 acres, the development will feature approximately 1,088 apartments with prices starting at Rs 1.32 crore. The project is projected to generate an estimated total sales realisation of Rs 1,900 crore while expanding the developer’s footprint in the region, Gaurs Group said in a press release.
Situated near the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, the launch arrives as residential activity along the Yamuna Expressway experiences sustained growth, driven by surrounding infrastructure development and regional connectivity. Gaurs Group, which has established a longstanding presence in the corridor, expects the new airport to further accelerate residential and investment demand throughout the micro-market.
Designed around a peacock-inspired theme, Gaur Alaris incorporates Art Deco architecture by Hafeez Contractor, landscape planning by Site Concepts International, and interior design by Studio Designscape. The development will feature nearly eight acres of open landscaped greens and a regional landmark clubhouse spanning over 100,000 square feet.
