Godrej Properties Posts Record Q1 FY27 Booking Value of Rs 8,651 Crore, Up 22% YoY
New Delhi, August 4, 2026: Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, delivering its highest-ever first-quarter booking value. The national real estate developer recorded a 22% year-on-year increase in booking value to Rs 8,651 crore, driven by the sale of 3,738 units spanning a total area of 6.2 million square feet. This performance marks the sixth consecutive quarter in which GPL’s booking value has surpassed Rs 7,000 crore, Godrej Properties said in a press release.
The quarterly sales performance was propelled by strong buyer demand across major project launches, including Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru which generated Rs 3,237 crore, Godrej Samaris in Gurugram which fetched Rs 1,248 crore, and Godrej Brooklyn Avenue in Hyderabad which recorded Rs 317 crore. On a regional basis, Bengaluru led booking contributions at 44%, followed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) at 21%, National Capital Region (NCR) at 18%, Pune at 11%, and Hyderabad at 5%.
On the operational side, collections for the quarter grew 18% year-on-year to reach Rs 4,348 crore, while operating cash flow stood at Rs 399 crore amid a 54% year-on-year increase in construction and related outflows. On the business development front, the developer added three new projects with an estimated saleable area of approximately 8.0 million square feet and an expected booking value of Rs 9,500 crore. This achievement accounts for 48% of the company’s full-year business development guidance for FY27. Additionally, the company delivered 0.9 million square feet of space during the quarter.
Financial results for the period reflected lower revenue recognition compared to the previous year. On a consolidated basis, GPL reported a total income of Rs 1,337 crore for Q1 FY27, down 16% from Rs 1,593 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA declined 40% to Rs 545 crore from Rs 915 crore, while net profit dropped 42% to Rs 350 crore compared to Rs 600 crore in the corresponding prior-year period. Earnings per share stood at Rs 11.62 compared to Rs 19.92.

During the quarter, Godrej Properties received national and global recognition, including being named in TIME World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2026 as the only Indian real estate firm on the list, as well as receiving the Golden Peacock National Quality Award 2026.
