RPS launches ‘Plateau Greens’ project, offers buying scheme
Real estate and infrastructure firm RPS Group has unveiled low-rise ‘Plateau Greens Residencies’ for homebuyers in Delhi/ NCR region.
In a bid to cater to the needs of all categories of buyers, particularly those living in a rental accommodation, RPS has come out with a buying scheme which allows those booking a flat in ‘Plateau Greens Residencies’ to move in a rent-free accommodation in its already developed projects Savana/ Palms In RPS City.
Giving details of the scheme, Pradeep Seth, Group CEO, said, “With our ‘Book a Home to Move-In a Home’ scheme, we are easing the financial burden of our customers by offering them a rental-free accommodation.”
According to a press release, RPS Plateau Greens Residencies is a fusion of pleasure and leisure. It offers a total of 140 low-rise units with lifts, 24-hour three-tier security with state-of-the-art surveillance systems, exclusively carved-out kids play area and a sports zone. The project is located in RPS City (Faridabad).
Seth said, “RPS Plateau Greens Residencies will break new grounds of excellence in creating safe, environment-friendly and green homes.”
