Mumbai, August 10, 2026: Bajel Projects Limited, an EPC company in power transmission infrastructure, has secured two Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) orders under the “WR-ER Inter-Regional Network Expansion Scheme – Part A.” The packages, designated as TL06 and TL02, comprise an Ultra-Mega order valued at over Rs 400 crore and a Mega order exceeding Rs 300 crore, based on the company’s internal project classification policy inclusive of GST, Bajel Projects said in a press release.

The scope of work for the TL06 package involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of new 400kV double-circuit transmission lines connecting Jamshedpur (New) with Ranchi (New) and New PPSP. Meanwhile, the TL02 package covers the construction of Part-II of the Raigarh (Tamnar) to Jamshedpur (New) 765kV double-circuit transmission line.

Together, the infrastructure developments will reinforce inter-regional power evacuation capacity between India’s Western and Eastern Regions. The projects are designed to strengthen overall grid connectivity across Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand while supporting the broader WR-ER power corridor.
