Agrasheel Infratech Expands Rs 250 Crore Aashrayam Township With Phase-II Launch in Lucknow
Lucknow, August 10, 2026: Agrasheel Infratech Pvt Ltd has announced the launch of Aashrayam Phase-II, expanding its integrated plotted township development in Lucknow. Spanning approximately 11.25 acres, the second phase brings 190 RERA-registered residential plots to the market following the sell-out of the project’s initial phase.
The overall Aashrayam township represents a total investment of approximately Rs 250 crore, with Phase-II accounting for an estimated Rs 100 crore. Conceived as a vacation-themed residential community, the project is approved by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and Uttar Pradesh RERA. The developer has initially made 26 plots available during an inaugural offer window running from August 1 to August 15, 2026, with starting ticket sizes ranging from approximately Rs 69 lakh to Rs 1.05 crore depending on plot size, Agrasheel Infratech said in a press release.

A key feature introduced alongside Phase-II is the launch of the Agrasheel Infratech customer mobile app, available on Android and iOS platforms. The application provides property buyers with a live dashboard displaying booking and payment statuses, cost sheets, demand letters, site construction updates with images, instant RERA verification via QR code, and digital storage for property documents.
The township’s physical and recreational infrastructure includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports courts, pet park, and a man-made lake. Situated near Mohanlalganj–Gosaiganj on New Jail Road, the development features 18-metre-wide internal roads, underground utilities, and an on-site Sewage Treatment Plant, with over 45 percent of the project area dedicated to green spaces and roads.
