Gaurs Group Partners With Seaform Germany for Luxury Kitchen Solutions Across Projects
Delhi NCR, August 28, 2026: Gaurs Group has expanded its strategic partnership with Seaform Germany, a European manufacturer of premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions, in a deal valued at Rs 150 crore. The expanded agreement will see Seaform solutions implemented across the developer’s under-development and forthcoming residential projects, covering more than 10,000 premium kitchens over a five-year period.
According to a press release, the partnership builds upon a collaboration between the two companies at Trecento Residences by Gaurs, where Seaform provided kitchen and wardrobe craftsmanship. The expanded agreement covers kitchens across current developments, including The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis, and Gaur Alaris, as well as upcoming projects in Crossing Republik, Sector 129, and Sector 150.

Seaform Germany utilizes automated manufacturing facilities in Germany that combine production technology with specialized craftsmanship. The company provides premium surface finishes along with specialized kitchen and wardrobe systems designed for high-volume residential developments.

The extended agreement aligns with the strategic approach of Gaurs Group to collaborate with international vendors to boost construction quality and interior execution standards. The group has previously established partnerships with TOTO and GROHE for bathroom fittings, K-NEST for shuttering systems, and Finland-based Elematic for precast concrete technology used in kitchen construction.
