Gurugram, September 1, 2026: Premium flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) has announced the launch of a new facility at DLF Atrium Place in Gurugram, marking a major expansion of its office footprint in the Delhi-NCR region. Spanning approximately 94,100 square feet, the new flagship center houses over 1,000 workstations designed to cater to multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and high-growth enterprises, The Executive Centre said in a press release.

The center is located within a Grade A office building that holds USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certifications. According to the company, the strategic position of DLF Atrium Place provides direct access to major public transport networks and key commercial nodes, while integrating sustainability and corporate wellness into its core physical design.

The layout incorporates dedicated private offices, custom collaboration lounges, a barista bar, wellness facilities, private call booths, and keyless access systems. Operations at the facility will follow the firm’s signature hospitality-led service framework, aiming to provide enterprise clients with an upgraded operational environment.

The launch comes amid strong commercial real estate metrics across top Indian metros. Industry data from property consulting firm CBRE recorded a quarterly office absorption peak of 24.6 million square feet in the second quarter of 2026, with the Delhi-NCR market recording its highest quarterly flexible workspace take-up on record.
