Kamdhenu Realities Acquires Prime 4-Acre Land Parcel From RPG Life Sciences in Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai, September 1, 2026: Real estate developer Kamdhenu Realities has acquired a 4-acre prime land parcel along the Thane-Belapur Road from RPG Life Sciences in a deal valued at approximately Rs 150 crore. The acquisition adds a high-density location to the developer’s commercial portfolio, boasting a total developable potential of 1.8 million square feet, Kamdhenu Realities said in a press release.
Located near IKEA and situated opposite the upcoming Pawane Railway Station, the site will be developed into an integrated Grade-A commercial and lifestyle hub. The planned master layout will feature corporate office suites alongside high-street retail, curated dining spaces, double-height grand lobbies, and business infrastructure designed to accommodate enterprise tenants and retail visitors.
The development comes as the Thane-Belapur corridor transitions from a traditional industrial belt into a central business district, hosting technology parks, corporate back-offices, and data centers. Supported by transit connectivity to Mumbai, Thane, and the upcoming international airport, the area continues to attract multinational corporate occupiers seeking modernized workspace.
Outlining the firm’s strategic focus, Karan Sabhlok, Director, Kamdhenu Realities, emphasized the scale of the upcoming project. “Thane-Belapur Road is the economic engine of Navi Mumbai. Our strategy has always been to secure prime land along this belt and build commercial infrastructure that meets international business standards. The transaction forms part of Kamdhenu Realities’ broader strategy to build master-planned, destination-scale commercial hubs across Navi Mumbai rather than single standalone developments. The company aims to expand its Grade-A commercial asset footprint to meet regional corporate expansion demand while driving long-term portfolio yields.
