Organised as a business and knowledge forum for the property industry, IREC India 2026 will bring together more than 1,500 delegates and leaders from over 35 countries, including developers, investors, policymakers, financial institutions, and technology firms.

Themed “The Door to What Happens Next,” the conference will address forces reshaping global property markets, including international investment flows, artificial intelligence, PropTech, sustainable development, and new ownership models. India has reached a stage where our developers, professionals and projects are increasingly operating at global standards. The next step is to build stronger international connections and create platforms that allow India to engage directly with global markets.
