County Group to Launch Rs 4,500 Crore Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram
Gurugram, September 10, 2026: Real estate developer County Group has announced plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88A, Gurugram. Spread over approximately 24 acres, the development carries an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 4,500 crore, it said in a press release.
The project will comprise 844 residences in three- and four-BHK configurations across nine towers, including three Gold Segment towers. Construction across the site is scheduled to run from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2032.
Situated in the New Gurugram corridor with connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, the master plan incorporates a pedestrian-first layout. Primary vehicular traffic will be restricted to the perimeter, leaving the central landscape for shaded pathways, garden courts, and golf carts. The architectural design integrates biophilic elements, earthy tones, and wrap-around residential decks designed to accommodate living trees.

The development features water elements throughout the central greens, including reflective courts, cascade pools, a water percussion plaza, and a meandering rivulet designed to mimic a riverside walk. Additional outdoor amenities include a nature trail, floating café, hammock garden, sculpture court, pet park, and dedicated zones for children and senior residents.
Recreational facilities will be centered around Club Elixir, a multi-level social center housing a gymnasium, banquet halls, spa, meditation zones, dining venues, and indoor activity areas. The surrounding sports zone will feature a multi-purpose court, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, cricket pitches, a golf putting area, and courts for pickleball and padel.
