Construction Advances at HCBS Glenwood Plotted Project in Jhajjar
Jhajjar, September 10, 2026: Real estate developer HCBS Group announced that site work at HCBS Glenwood, its residential plotted project in Sector 29, Jhajjar, is progressing on schedule, with overall development expected to conclude within six to seven months.
Earth filling for internal roads, boundary wall construction, and brickwork on the main entry gate have reached advanced stages, while front boundary railing installation is complete. Simultaneous infrastructure works are underway, including the installation of sewer lines, water supply pipes, stormwater drainage networks, a sewage treatment plant (STP), and an underground water tank (UGT), HCBS Group said in a press release.
Detailing the project timeline, HCBS Developments Ltd. Group Managing Director Saurab Saharan said, “The construction work at HCBS Glenwood is progressing well and remains on schedule. The boundary wall, front gate and internal road preparation are at advanced stages, while work on the core infrastructure is progressing simultaneously. Based on the current pace of work, we expect the overall site development to be completed within the next 6-7 months.”
Spanning 7.5 acres, HCBS Glenwood is designed as a residential plotted community featuring 9-metre and 10-metre wide internal roads, open landscaped areas, and a clubhouse equipped with a swimming pool and wellness facilities. The project reflects the firm’s expansion strategy targeting emerging residential hubs outside primary NCR centers.
Located in Sector 29, the site fronts the proposed 75-metre-wide Jhajjar-Badli road and offers connectivity to the NH-352 Rohtak-Rewari Highway. It is situated near major institutional and commercial landmarks, including the IIT Delhi Jhajjar campus, Reliance MET City, and AIIMS Jhajjar, which houses the National Cancer Institute at Badsa.
