Bengaluru, September 10, 2026: Sumadhura Group has announced a growth roadmap for FY 2027-2030, planning an investment of Rs 17,000 crore to develop 45 million square feet across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Marking three decades in the Indian real estate sector, the expansion spans the group’s residential, commercial, and warehousing portfolios.

Under the plan, the developer intends to launch 35 million square feet of residential developments with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 38,000 crore. This includes a foray into luxury villas and land bank expansion across key micro-markets in the three cities.

In the commercial sector, the group plans to construct 4.2 million square feet of Grade A office space, generating a potential annual rental income of Rs 700 crore. The expansion features entry into commercial developments along Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road to build a base of rent-yielding assets.

Additionally, the developer aims to scale its warehousing portfolio to 6 million square feet, with an expected annual rental income of Rs 225 crore. This follows its logistics developments in Hoskote, Bengaluru, and a 1.2 million square foot industrial park in Red Hills, Chennai.
