Reliance MET City Appoints Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer
New Delhi, September 15, 2026: Reliance MET City, the integrated industrial and urban development initiative of Model Economic Township Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has appointed Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer, Reliance MET City said in a press release.
In his new role, Manish Jaiswal will lead the overall business and growth strategy for Reliance MET City. His responsibilities include driving industrial, residential, and commercial development, attracting new investments, strengthening the development pipeline, and expanding the integrated ecosystem across multiple asset classes. He will also oversee strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives as the city scales into a major economic and urban destination in the National Capital Region.
Manish Jaiswal brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, with expertise spanning business strategy, development, revenue growth, sales and marketing, land transactions, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Reliance MET City, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Eldeco Group, driving the growth of its multi-city development platform across North India. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tribeca Developers, where he was associated with the development of Trump-branded real estate projects.

Manish Jaiswal holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Delhi University, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
