ASF Group Leases 0.4 Million Sq Ft To Genpact At ASF Insignia In Gurugram
Gurugram, September 16, 2026: ASF Group, a developer of build-to-suit IT infrastructure and commercial buildings, announced the leasing of approximately 0.4 million sq. ft. of office space to Genpact at its flagship commercial development, ASF Insignia, in Gurugram. Under the agreement, Genpact will occupy an exclusive tower at Kings Canyon, one of the marquee buildings within the campus. The deal represents one of the largest office leasing transactions in the National Capital Region by scale and commitment, ASF Group said in a press release.
Spread across approximately 50 acres, ASF Insignia is an integrated commercial IT office campus offering roughly 4.5 million sq. ft. of premium space across its developments, which include Kings Canyon, Grand Canyon, and the upcoming Black Canyon. Designed as a walk-to-work ecosystem, the campus provides a mix of bonded SEZ, de-bonded SEZ, and commercial IT park space, allowing occupiers to scale and adapt to regulatory requirements within a single development.
The campus houses global capability centers, technology firms, and large enterprises. Amenities include shuttle services, a central retail cafeteria, round-the-clock medical and Quick Response Team support, a gymnasium, and a creche. The transaction highlights current trends in Gurugram’s commercial office market, where major enterprises are prioritizing large-scale campus environments to consolidate operations and improve workplace flexibility.
