Banke International Properties Enters Rs 75 Crore Partnership With Godrej Properties

Mumbai, September 18, 2026: Banke International Properties has entered into an Area of Partnership (AOP) agreement with Godrej Properties involving a business value of approximately Rs 75 crore. The performance-led association will focus on generating qualified demand for selected Godrej Properties developments across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Banke International Properties said in a press release.
The partnership harmonizes Godrej Properties’ development capabilities and residential portfolio with Banke’s advisory expertise, local network, and international distribution platform. Under the agreement, Banke will leverage its domestic and overseas client base to reach end-users, non-resident Indians, and global investors. Unlike conventional channel-partner arrangements, the AOP is structured on a defined commercial objective, aligning demand generation, customer profiling, sales strategy, and execution. Banke will monitor pipeline conversion, buyer profiles, and project-level performance to establish a repeatable distribution model across markets.

Aditya Pushkarna, Associate Director, Banke International Properties, commented on the strategic importance of the collaboration. “This AOP marks an important step in strengthening Banke International Properties’ presence in Mumbai and advancing our model of deeper, performance-driven partnerships with leading developers. Godrej Properties brings a strong development platform and trusted consumer proposition, while we have local market knowledge, an established buyer network and international distribution capabilities. This will be an advisory-led strategy that works on each buyer being matched with a project, location and price point aligned with their requirements,” Aditya Pushkarna said.
Banke will market the selected portfolio using a segmented approach tailored to buyer profiles. End-users will be guided on commute convenience, education, and lifestyle infrastructure, while investors will receive insights on entry pricing, rental demand, and exit liquidity. The association aligns with Banke’s broader goal of reaching Rs 1,000 crore in transaction value by linking its international network—spanning the UAE, the UK, Qatar, India, and South Africa—with prime domestic real estate developments.
The agreement builds on Banke’s existing relationship with Godrej Properties, where it was previously recognized through Godrej Partner Connect. The partnership reflects Banke’s strategy to evolve from a transaction intermediary into an international advisory platform connecting Indian real estate developers with qualified domestic and global capital.
