Table Space And Hillhouse Acquire Majority Stake In KMC Solutions To Form APAC Workspace Platform

Bengaluru, September 19, 2026: Table Space and Rava Partners, Hillhouse Investment’s dedicated real assets strategy, have announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Philippines-based managed workspace provider KMC Solutions. The investment creates a managed office platform in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together approximately 13 million square feet under management across India and the Philippines.
According to a press release, the transaction marks Table Space’s international expansion beyond India into the Philippines, targeting global capability centers and enterprise clients. Following the transaction, KMC’s founders will retain a significant stake, and the company will continue operating under its existing brand and management team.

“India is a key factor in how global enterprises build and scale capability and continues to be the core of Table Space’s growth strategy. At the same time, our customers are increasingly operating across multiple markets, creating an opportunity to extend the platform we have built in India to other strategically relevant geographies,” said Karan Chopra and Kunal Mehra, Co-CEOs, Table Space.

“Having lived through the sharing economy euphoria, we have come to see managed office as a mature sector with a real value-creation proposition for blue-chip corporate tenants. We are excited to back Table Space’s expansion through the investment in KMC, bringing together two platforms to create one of the largest players of its kind in APAC,” said Joe Gagnon, Co-Head, Rava Partners and Partner, Hillhouse.

“India and the Philippines have long been the backbone of global business services, and this partnership reflects our conviction in the increasing adoption of enterprise-grade managed office platforms across the region,” said Siddhartha Gupta, Founder, Alta Capital and Partner, Hillhouse.

“We are thrilled to welcome Hillhouse and Table Space as our new partners. This is a validation of what our team has built over the past 15 years. The partnership gives us access to growth capital, industry ecosystem, and operational expertise to continue as one of the dominant managed workspace providers in the Philippines and to grow our footprint regionally,” said Michael McCullough, Co-Founder and Chairman, KMC.
“The opportunity to partner with Hillhouse and Table Space is a force-multiplier for KMC. Together, we look to continue growing our products and services in underserved markets that are highly scalable and operationally excellent,” added KMC co-founders Gregory Kittelson and Amanda Carpo.
Founded in 2017, Table Space operated 11.46 million square feet of leasable area across eight Tier-1 Indian cities as of March 31, 2026.
