Gulshan Group Partners With Ourika Estates to Launch Rs 750 Crore Housing Pipeline Across Ghaziabad and Lucknow
Noida, September 21, 2026: Real estate developer Gulshan Group has formed a strategic development platform with Ourika Estates to build a portfolio of premium residential projects in high-growth urban corridors. As part of the first phase, the platform has secured two land parcels in Ghaziabad and Lucknow through auctions directly from local development authorities. Over the development lifecycle, the venture plans to invest over Rs 750 crore to develop roughly 1.50 million sq. ft. of built-up residential space, it said in a press release.
The first land parcel covers approximately 8,750 sq. mtr. in Madhuban Bapudham, Ghaziabad, acquired from the Ghaziabad Development Authority. Situated near the Delhi–Meerut Expressway, NH-24, and the RRTS corridor, the site provides connectivity to commercial centers across Delhi and Noida. The second parcel, spanning about 10,328 sq. mtr., was acquired from the Lucknow Development Authority in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. Located near Shaheed Path, IT City, and the international airport, the project targets buyers in one of the city’s key economic growth corridors.
