Neotec Africa Enters Indian Market With Launch of Neotec India in Gurugram
Gurugram, September 21, 2026: International engineering, construction, and real estate development firm Neotec Africa has expanded its global presence with the launch of Neotec India. The company has established its country office in Gurugram to pursue real estate development, project management, and strategic partnership opportunities across the country, Neotec Africa said in a press release.
The expansion leverages the expertise of Neotec Africa’s promoters, who bring over two decades of real estate and construction experience. In India, operations will be led by Marco Marino Blanco, CEO – Design & Architecture, Sheikh Tijan Sallah, Director – Projects & Administration, and Tarun Kumar Singh, Director – Operations, alongside the broader team. The firm’s capabilities span architectural design, engineering services, project management, construction, development, and equity investment.

Neotec India plans to engage with landowners, developers, investors, and project stakeholders across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments. The company intends to evaluate various transaction structures depending on project requirements, including outright acquisitions, joint ventures, joint developments, and development management models.
Headquartered in The Gambia, with an existing footprint in Guinea-Bissau, Dubai, and Spain, Neotec Africa views the Gurugram office as a gateway to building long-term industry relationships and evaluating growth opportunities across the Indian real estate market.
