Peninsula Land Launches AshokVillas in Pune to Focus on Independent Living
Mumbai, September 24, 2026: Peninsula Land Limited, a developer under the Ashok Piramal Group, has introduced AshokVillas, a low-density residential development featuring 19 premium furnished villas in Gahunje, Pune. The project aims to combine the spatial independence of standalone homes with the infrastructure, security, and shared amenities of a managed community, Peninsula Land said in a press release.
The development responds to shifting demand among premium homebuyers in Pune for low-density, horizontal housing formats featuring private outdoor areas, personal family spaces, and fewer shared interfaces. Located in Gahunje, the project offers access to commercial and technology hubs including the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi and the World Trade Centre, supported by regional connectivity via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway Missing Link.

Community amenities feature a swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court, pickleball court, open-air multi-sport court, yoga deck, multipurpose hall, and party lawn. By restricting the project to 19 units, Peninsula Land aims to maintain a low-density environment centered around privacy and spatial flexibility.
