Mumbai, September 28, 2026: Commercial real estate marketplace myHQ is targeting Rs 100 crore in revenue over its first three years in Dubai following its entry into the Rs 1,000 crore UAE market in August. “Dubai alone is an estimated Rs 1,000 crore market, larger than the current flex marketplace in India. UAE and the GCC form a significant and strategic growth market for myHQ’s global plans. We expect Dubai to generate Rs 100 cr revenue in the first three years,” said Co-founder and CEO Utkarsh Kawatra, myHQ.

The market projection is driven by increasing expansion from Indian start-ups, small and medium enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals. Indian enterprises represent the largest segment of foreign registrations at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, with over 18,400 new Indian member companies joining in 2025 and an additional 7,579 joining in the first half of 2026. This brought active Indian memberships to 85,841 as of June 2026. In the DMCC free zone, Indian firms form the largest foreign community, comprising over 4,080 businesses.

Bilateral commercial activity has expanded following the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, with two-way trade exceeding USD 100 billion for the second consecutive year in FY 2025–26. Both nations aim to scale bilateral trade to USD 200 billion by 2032, leveraging Dubai as a regional hub for European, African, and Asian markets.

To support client expansion, myHQ is integrating business formation services into its core workspace platform. The offerings cover free-zone, mainland, and offshore registrations, including licensing, tax structuring, Golden Visas, corporate banking support, and accounting assistance. The company has structured its advisory services across three main service tracks: ‘Start in Dubai’, ‘Expand to Dubai’, and ‘Move to Dubai’.

“myHQ’s Dubai operations will cover all seven Emirates, focusing on key business jurisdictions of DMCC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Meydan, DIFC and ADGM, and mainland and offshore structures. The aim is to simplify the Dubai market-entry journey for Indian businesses through an integrated approach to business setup and commercial real estate,” added Co-founder and CEO Utkarsh Kawatra, myHQ.
