Prozo Establishes Its Largest Multi-Client Facility in Western India Spanning 1.1 Lakh Square Feet
Bhiwandi, September 30, 2026: Supply chain company Prozo has expanded its footprint in Maharashtra with the launch of a new 1.1 lakh sq ft fulfillment center in Bhiwandi. The site represents Prozo’s largest facility in the Bhiwandi region and expands its Western India network to 10 fulfillment centers covering a combined 7.1 lakh sq ft, Prozo said in a press release.
Positioned along the Mumbai-Nashik corridor, the warehouse provides access to major distribution networks connecting Mumbai as well as central and western India. Its location offers transport links via the Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Eastern Express Highway, and Samruddhi Expressway.
The expansion arrives during increased absorption of industrial and logistics space in the region. According to data from Vestian, Mumbai recorded 5.04 million sq ft of warehousing absorption in Q2 2026, with the Bhiwandi corridor accounting for nearly 69% of the total. Mumbai and Pune together represented 65% of national warehousing absorption during the quarter, driven largely by third-party logistics operators.

The facility will utilize Prozo’s proprietary Control Tower technology stack to provide inventory visibility, omnichannel orchestration, and operational monitoring. The center is set to accommodate existing clients scaling up operations alongside new brands joining the multi-client fulfillment network. Prozo currently services enterprise, retail, and digital-first clients across FMCG, consumer electronics, healthcare, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
