Bengaluru, October 5, 2026: Embassy Developments Limited has recorded pre-sales of over Rs 1,800 crore at Embassy Origins, an 85-acre residential project located in North Bengaluru. The real estate developer achieved a 62% unit absorption rate within a week of its launch on September 16, booking 477 homes across more than 10 lakh square feet of saleable area, it said in a press release.

Situated north of Yelahanka, Phase 1 of the development comprises two RERA-registered projects spanning a combined 2.6 million square feet of residential space. Embassy Riverine features 217 villas across 1.1 million square feet, while Embassy South Reserve offers 855 apartments spanning 1.5 million square feet. The site is located approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and connects to regional business and lifestyle hubs.

The development is designed around an environmental masterplan developed by Bengaluru-based firm Bhumiputra Architecture and led by Alok Shetty, Principal Architect. Organized around local water and air systems, the layout features a 41-acre central riparian corridor containing five interconnected lakes alongside a green spine of roughly 4,000 native trees across more than 100 species cultivated in an on-site nursery.

Commenting on the initial sales figures, Reeza Sebastian, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential, Embassy Developments Limited, noted that the launch generated significant demand.

“Embassy Origins has seen one of the strongest launch responses in our history. Homebuyers are choosing a community where nature has shaped every planning decision, and that reinforces our conviction in design-led, nature-first development,” Reeza Sebastian said. “This response gives us strong visibility on our FY27 pre-sales and cash flows, and we will build on this momentum with the next phase of Embassy Origins and our wider North Bengaluru pipeline.”

The project follows earlier regional developments by the company, including Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II. Having secured regulatory approvals prior to market entry, Phase 1 execution is set to proceed.
