WeWork India Expands Footprint in Bengaluru and Pune With Two New Workspace Centres

Bengaluru, October 5, 2026: WeWork India Management Limited has expanded its workspace portfolio in Bengaluru and Pune by opening two new centres, adding approximately 2.25 lakh sq. ft. and over 4,500 desks across key commercial corridors, according to an official press release issued by the company.
The expansion includes WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and WeWork Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune. The growth aligns with a broader shift in corporate real estate strategies, as businesses increasingly prioritize self-sustained commercial districts that offer proximity to residential catchments, mass transit, and lifestyle amenities.
In Bengaluru, WeWork Infinix Palladium adds ~1.7 lakh sq. ft. and 3,100+ desks across a standalone, full-building asset located near the Singayyanapalya Metro Station. This facility brings WeWork India’s presence in Bengaluru to 30 centres covering 3.3 million sq. ft. as of Q1 FY27. In Pune, WeWork Millennium Towers spans ~55,000 sq. ft. across two floors, providing ~1,400 desks in the Wakad micro-market between the Hinjewadi tech hub and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The addition expands the company’s Pune footprint to eight centres encompassing 0.8 million sq. ft.

Commenting on the expansion, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief Supply Officer, WeWork India and CEO, Rivet by WeWork India, said: “The definition of a prime business location is changing. As cities become more distributed, businesses are looking beyond the office building itself at how easily employees can move between where they live, work and spend their time. This is making well-connected, self-sustained commercial corridors increasingly important to workplace strategy. Whitefield and Wakad represent this shift in different ways – Whitefield brings the scale and enterprise ecosystem required for sustained growth, while Wakad combines proximity to a major employment hub with a strong residential and lifestyle ecosystem. Our expansion in these markets is about placing workplaces closer to where business growth and talent are converging, while creating environments that can evolve with both.”
Both developments feature modern enterprise infrastructure, meeting facilities, and employee wellness amenities. The Wakad asset is LEED Platinum certified and includes sustainability features such as solar power, rainwater harvesting, and smart building management systems. WeWork India currently operates across eight major Indian cities with a capacity exceeding 1.33 lakh desks.
