BPTP’s SkyNest Clocks Rs 750 Crore in Sales, Sells 150 Luxury Homes
Faridabad, October 10, 2026: Real estate developer BPTP Limited has recorded sales worth approximately Rs 750 crore at its ultra-luxury residential development, SkyNest, located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. The project has achieved this milestone by selling 150 luxury homes at an average ticket size of approximately Rs 5 crore per residence, according to a press release issued by the company.
SkyNest features twin residential towers rising nearly 150 metres high, offering 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences ranging from 3,185 sq. ft. to 3,856 sq. ft. The project integrates biophilic design principles with expansive layouts, wraparound balconies, and 20 sky-level landscaped gardens integrated directly into its vertical architecture. Planned with four units per floor and served by nine high-speed lifts, the project includes over 82,000 sq. ft. of lifestyle, wellness, and social amenities designed for multi-generational living.
The development’s master plan, architecture, landscape, and interior design have been led by international firm WOW Consultants, Singapore, along with a team of specialized global and domestic consultants, including GreenGineer for green building advisory.
