Bailey Square Mall Launch to Bring Premium Retail and Lifestyle Experiences to Patna
Patna, October 9, 2026: Bailey Square, positioned as Patna’s largest shopping mall, is set to open on Bailey Road on October 11, 2026, according to an official press release. Spread across 7.5 lakh sq. ft., the development will bring together 150 national and international brands, including 75 brands entering Patna for the first time, expanding the city’s organized retail landscape.
The mall will feature a mix of premium fashion, lifestyle stores, anchor outlets, and a hypermarket. The retail space will be complemented by a food court with over 700 seats, more than seven fine-dining restaurants, a family entertainment zone, rooftop sports facilities featuring a cricket turf, and an open-air plaza. A four-screen multiplex is also scheduled to open soon.
Designed by Bentel Associates International, South Africa, along with national and international consultants, the development incorporates a skylit central atrium spanning approximately 35,000 sq. ft., a glass façade, and a landscaped rooftop. The architectural layout ensures that every store faces the central atrium, which is structured to accommodate large-scale events.
Located on Bailey Road in Raja Bazar, opposite Pillar Nos. 64 and 65, Bailey Square is situated near the Maharana Pratap Flyover, approximately 1.4 km from Patna Airport. The facility will offer two-level basement parking for around 700 cars, alongside valet services.
Beyond retail and leisure, the development is expected to generate local employment across sectors such as retail, food and beverage, hospitality, security, and facility management. By introducing a wider selection of organized retail options, Bailey Square aims to serve consumers across Patna and the broader Bihar market.
