Gurugram, October 14, 2026: Gurugram-based real estate developer TREVOC plans to deploy Rs 800 to Rs 1,000 crore over the next three years to build a project pipeline with a targeted gross development value of Rs 3,000 to Rs 3,500 crore, according to a press release issued by the company.

The developer’s three-year roadmap includes launching two to three new projects and expanding into emerging Haryana markets, with Sonipat and Panipat currently under evaluation. TREVOC is assessing integrated townships spanning 80 to 100 acres in these locations, featuring residential plots, villas, and commercial spaces. The company targets early 2027 for the first phase of its regional expansion.

Funding will be deployed in a calibrated manner based on market conditions and specific opportunities. Alongside its residential portfolio, the roadmap envisages approximately five lakh square feet of commercial development. The company cited regional infrastructure projects, including the Urban Extension Road-II and the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway, as key drivers behind its interest in Sonipat and Panipat.

Deployment will be phased and linked to project opportunities and market conditions.”

Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group, stated, “Entering a new market is only the first step. What matters is how a project takes shape over time and whether it delivers on what was envisaged at the planning stage. We believe that residential and commercial spaces need to be considered as part of a larger environment, with attention to how people will use them in their everyday lives. Our focus remains on thoughtful planning, the right mix of spaces and consistent execution, so that the projects we create have lasting value for the people who live and work in them.”

The proposed expansion aims to diversify the developer’s portfolio by combining plotted developments, villas, and commercial assets within integrated developments. Tier-2 markets in Haryana are expected to complement the firm’s existing presence, with future project selections contingent on connectivity, social infrastructure, and local demand.
