Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the residences draw from the refined vocabulary of neo-classical architecture, where symmetry creates rhythm, proportion brings harmony, and detail gives the façade its character.
The architecture looks to the past without becoming nostalgic, translating timeless classical principles into a contemporary residential setting. In doing so, ACE Arte seeks to create architecture that is not defined by a moment, but intended to remain beautiful as moments change.
The latest luxury residential development from ACE Group, ACE Arte marks the group’s 25th project and its fourth development in Sector 150, Noida. Conceptualised around the philosophy of ‘Art meets Architecture’, the project places design at the centre of the residential experience.
Spread across approximately 15 acres, ACE Arte comprises 784 expansive 3- and 4-BHK neo-classical residences, creating a deliberately low-density environment. Garden walkways, a sculpture court, reflexology garden, yoga and meditation lawn and party lawn create a sequence of experiences between the built and natural environments.
Speaking about the vision behind ACE Arte, Ajay Choudhary, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director, ACE Group, says, “With ACE Arte, we set out to create something distinctly different – a residential experience where architecture becomes part of everyday life.”
The choice of Sector 150, Noida, adds another dimension to the project. Known for its expansive green setting and its position within the larger Sports City development, the sector has emerged as one of Noida’s evolving premium residential destinations.
