Cityscape Real Estate Investment Platform Makes India Debut In Mumbai

Mumbai, October 30, 2026: Real estate investment platform Cityscape has announced the launch of its first edition in India, Cityscape India, scheduled to take place from April 16 to 18, 2027, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, according to a press release.
Cityscape, which has been hosted across global markets including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Manama, Cairo, and Doha, will focus its Indian debut on the luxury real estate and investment ecosystem. The event aims to connect premium domestic and international developers with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), institutional investors, and home buyers.
The inaugural three-day event will feature an exhibition and conference involving over 40 developers and allied partners. The program includes an expo floor, closed-door investment roundtables, a buyer-developer meeting concierge, and dedicated tracks for NRI and institutional investors. Participating sectors will cover luxury residential projects, integrated townships, commercial developments, proptech, and financial institutions.
India’s real estate market is projected to reach USD 1 trillion by 2030, driven by rising affluence and cross-border portfolio diversification. The launch comes amid growth in the local market, with Navi Mumbai recording 13,617 home registrations and a 22 percent price increase to Rs 18,100 per sq. ft. Additionally, Mumbai’s luxury residential segment recorded transactions worth Rs 18,512 crore in the first half of 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, Informa Markets in India, said, “India’s real estate market is witnessing a significant shift, driven by rising affluence, growing investor sophistication and an increasing appetite for premium assets. Mumbai’s luxury residential segment alone recorded transactions worth a record Rs 18,512 crore in the first half of 2026, reflecting a 12% year-on-year growth, according to India Sotheby’s International Realty and CRE Matrix.”
He added: “This momentum, coupled with the growing interest of Indian investors in international property markets, presents a compelling opportunity for a global platform like Cityscape. With its established international legacy, Cityscape India’s debut marks a strategic step towards connecting premium developers, global capital and discerning investors, while creating a more structured, investment-led ecosystem that facilitates cross-border opportunities, meaningful partnerships and long-term value creation.”
